Home Screen Widgets

Stay on top of your day without even opening the app. FMHero now offers native home screen widgets for both iOS and Android, giving you instant visibility into what matters most.

Five widgets to choose from:

Quick Actions — Jump straight into common tasks like creating a field service order or scanning an asset. Without opening the app, you can jump straight into action right from your home screen.

Notifications Badge — See unread notifications at a glance with a quick filter removing any message you’ve already read. Now nothing will slip through the cracks and you can easily focus on incoming updates.

Today’s Schedule — Having a plan is important, but only if your use it. Now you can view your upcoming appointments and service orders for the day right from the home screen keeping it readily available.

Field Service Order Status — With this new widget you can track the live status of your active field service orders in real time

Cylinder Inventory — Cylinders are hard enough to keep track of, now you can keep tabs on your cylinder counts and statuses without navigating through the app.

Note: Choose from small, medium, and large sizes to fit your home screen layout, and enjoy automatic light and dark mode support that matches your device settings.

Improvements

• Scroll and layout issues on forms have been resolved.
• Screen display and modal behavior on Android have been fixed.
• The date picker appearance on iOS has been improved, along with general readability and UI polish across the app.
