Recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 in the HVAC/R industry, Adam brings an enterprise leadership perspective alongside deep operational experience in the trenches

Les Rhynard

Les co-founded Rapid Recovery in 2002 and later served as a Service Development Specialist at A-Gas / Rapid Recovery. Because of his decades of experience in the trades, Les brings deep knowledge of the contractor and technician experience to every conversation. He’s also passionate about workforce development and trades education.
