New Features

Full Tablet & Landscape Support

FMHero now looks and works beautifully on tablets, in both portrait and landscape. We’ve redesigned the Dashboard and Calendar to take full advantage of the bigger screen, optimized the layouts for your Profile, Facility Operations, and Field Service Orders, and made smarter use of space with multi-column views and properly scaled text — all wrapped up with a cleaner, tablet-friendly onboarding experience.

Redesigned Notes Editor

Writing and reading notes is now faster and
clearer, with a completely rebuilt editor that supports rich markdown formatting, improved previews so your formatting looks right everywhere, and polished typography (including a dark-mode fix for the note icon).

Improvements

We’ve made partner and contact management easier with
full-screen forms, added a new streamlined Create Service Provider flow,
given all service forms more breathing room so nothing gets cut off, and
refined the visuals and alignment across the entire app.
